For the Guthrie Lady Jays the scheduling gods continued their spell on the ladies from Guthrie High.
Super Saturday matched up the Lady Jays with Harrah for the third place game at Carl Albert High School and Guthrie has now seen the three best teams in the West over a five day span.
Harrah defeated Guthrie 71-41 to drop the Lady Jays record to 9-10 on the season and finishes fourth in the Suburban Conference. Not to shabby considering Carl Albert, Harrah, and El Reno are all three hosting regionals. Oh by the way, those have been the last three opponents Guthrie has faced. Not fair?
Guthrie continues to fight the injury bug, but will have two games this week with Noble and Shawnee to get healthy and ready for regional play next week in El Reno.
