7th Grade Shawnee Tourney pic 

The 7th grade team won the Shawnee Tournament.   

The 8th grade team won 35-33 over Perry in the opening round and beat host team Perkins by a score of 56-38 in the second round and then defeated Chandler 36-33 to win the Perkins-Tryon Tournament.

  GUTHRIE CLAIMS 3 CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS     

The Freshmen, 8th grade (picture left), and 7th grade (picture right) football teams all won their conference championship games. The Freshmen defeated the Carl Albert Titans, 14-12, at Chickasha to improve to 7-0. The 8th grade team defeated Noble, 20-6, for the second time this season, but this time for the conference, at Shawnee, and finish the season with an 8-0 record. The 7th graders finished off Carl Albert in a game that went into overtime, 8-6. All three teams combined were 23-0 this season.
