The Guthrie BlueJay Cross Country team continued their winning ways to begin the season by winning their third straight team title.

Perhaps the biggest race when looking at the competitive field in the OK Runner Norman Invitational, the Jays took home the first place plaque in the 5A/6A division.

The run may help in more ways then one. The same Norman course will be a regional site later in the season that Guthrie may be sent to.

The official results have not been published as of yet, but leading the charge once again for the Jays was senior Jason Ogan, who finished seventh overall.
