2009 Opponent Preview: Harrah PanthersGuthrie, Okla. -- As the BlueJays prepare for the upcoming football season, GuthrieSportsPage.com prepares you with everything you'll need to know about the opposition. In the coming weeks, we will take an in-depth look at each of Guthrie's 2009 opponents with stat breakdowns, players to watch and keys to the game. Next up, Harrah Panthers on October 9th, at Evans Field, in Harrah.
A Rafe Watkins led team has never lost to a Harrah Panther team with
big wins in all of them except his first season (2001). Jays will be
big favorites again this year.

The Panthers competed well in 4A, but the bump up in class has not done the Panthers any favors in recent years. Still yet, Harrah will have a chance at 3-4 win season.

Brashier is the running back and runs hard along with Roberts. However, the Panthers must find the end zone something they did not do by averaging less then two touchdowns a game. If the Jays contain this duo they will make it 9-0 against the Panthers since 2001.
